Material is Red vulcanised fibre. (Black available on request and sufficient quantity.)

Operating temperature up to 105 degree C. Tensile strength 6kg/mm2. Elongation up to 19%. Shrinkage up to 3% thickness. Water absorption 4 - 70 % after 24 hours. Density 1.00 - 1.45 g/cm.

Dimensions are nominal and may vary between batches. Tolerances for commercial grade washers are much larger than for precision washers.
